Warranty: Algonquin Hammocks guarantees all of our products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, return the item within five days for a full purchase price refund. Returns after this period subject to re-stocking fee (see returns below). Shipping not included. Warranty does not include damage due to misuse or abuse.
Privacy: Purchasing hammocks on Algonquin Hammocks website is safe and secure. We respect your privacy and we will only use your personal data for processing your order. Your email address will only be used to notify you of Algonquin Hammock announcements and never given to any outside company.
Shipping: We stock all items on our website and usually ship within 48 hrs receipt of your order via UPS ground service. Worldwide shipping available, please inquire.
Returns: We will exchange, refund or credit your purchase within our warranty period. Purchaser is responsible for 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs for exchanges and returns.
Terms: Algonquin Hammocks has secure online ordering. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. Personal checks and money orders are accepted. Your order ships after check clears bank. Sorry, we do not ship COD.
Mail In Orders: Shop online, proceed to checkout, fill out shipping information. When you receive your total with shipping, simply print this order and mail to Algonquin Hammocks, PO Box 2021, Medford, NJ 08055 along with your check or money order.
Taxes: NJ customers will be charged 6% sales tax. Out of state residences are responsible for any taxes that may be due.
